about

'all been thrown down, evidently with design, and broken into pieces'

'Druidical Temple' is a new work by Emile Bojesen. Living in between London and Winchester, Bojesen is Head of Research and Knowledge Exchange for the Faculty of Education at the University of Winchester. He also writes philosophy and educational theory (his book Forms of Education: Rethinking Educational Experience Against and Outside the Humanist Legacy was recently published by Routledge).

A gesture to broken down landscapes and modes of relation and belief that exist beyond historical memory, 'Druidical Temple' moves from the edges of more recognisable contemporary musical phrasing, alongside near formless synthesiser expositions, dissipating organ drones, and quasi-ritualistic rhythmic patterns.
